Due to the scheme's property and tenure mix, the brand personality had to appeal to an extremely broad market whilst reflecting the scheme's environmental credentials. Because property has a prolonged sales cycle the concept had to have longevity, remaining fresh and adaptable to new promotions.
A brand was created to reflect the client's versatility and control. It was designed so that it could be easily adapted to the many forms of collateral used in property promotion. We designed all of the outdoor advertising and signage, ongoing press advertising campaigns, a full suite of literature and a user friendly website. Despite this being presently difficult market, the campaign generates a massive amount of footfall and interest from homebuyers.
