Terry is the architect and Chairman of Kohd. He is a Fellow of both the British Computer Society and the Institute for the Management of Information Systems, a Senior member of the Association for Computing Machinery and a Chartered IT Professional. During his career, which included a number of assignments as IT director, he has won awards from both technology and business professional bodies.
As a director of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Terry helped build the fastest growing part of the group by using innovative technology and highly focused marketing. Terry has also worked in sales and marketing for Unisys and as a consultant helped HSBC, Barclays, and Skipton Building Society amongst many others.

Rom has over 13 years experience in the design industry having began his career as a junior designer for an agency in Sydney, Australia. He has worked with a number of major clients such as the BBC, Bradford and Bingley, Leeds International Film Festival and Knight Frank, to name a few.
Rom has a background that transcends both agency and freelance projects and will take responsibility for continuing Kohd's dramatic growth and developing its creative profile on a national basis.

Mark has spent the past 20 years working as a journalist on national newspapers and he enjoyed 10 years as senior feature writer at The Sun in London.
As Editorial Director of Beyond Magazines and in addition to the publication of their Beyond titles, Mark also oversees the writing and production of a number of corporate magazines for clients who have included Ariel, Agent Provocateur, Jaguar, Yorkshire County Cricket, Lapacida and Westrow. His newsroom experience and publishing background have made him one of the region's most respected writers and he is a regular contributor in many of the national newspapers and magazines.
